We bring you the condominium project of Nexland Estate Ventures Inccalled Spianada ( Serenity in the City). Let us know if you want to check out the said project so we can arrange for a site tripping for you to be able to see it in actual site.We only have 30 units left of the 267 total units (4 buildings).  I took the liberty of choosing the best located studio units among those left. Below is the computation.

2.  Price - considering that construction is ongoing and only three-minute ride to Ayala, 5-minute ride to SM.  Near Foodarama and Robinson's.  Near USC, STC and Immaculada.  13-C ride to USC-Talamban, UC, etc. Near Velez, Perpetual, Chong Hua and Cebu Doctors Hospital.  Near Redemtorist and Sacred Heart churches.  Really a very good location.

3.  low density  - you only have a maximum of 8 units per floor (other projects have 19, 21, 25 units per floor)
